"Our starting point was a store management system that still required manual processes in many areas, such as product creation and parts of the ordering process. In addition, there was no direct integration with SAP. These circumstances resulted in a high workload and limited our ability to work efficiently and at scale."

We were also impressed by the ability to map out a very complex product visibility logic, which allows us to dynamically display different variants and information as needed."

"A key factor in our success was the 'guiding principle' we followed during project implementation, which established clear structures. This included, among other things, the use of structured tickets and regular scheduled meetings with all stakeholders, which enabled close collaboration and efficient implementation. As a result, the system’s rollout went very smoothly and quickly."

"We chose avanta because it was developed based on customer feedback and therefore already meets many important requirements out of the box. Furthermore, the flexible modular system allows us to tailor avanta perfectly to our individual needs."

"At the start of the project, data structure and maintenance were a key challenge, as the data had to be prepared in a consistent and structured manner. In addition, coordination between the PIM service provider, the SAP service provider and the e-commerce service provider required close collaboration. The goal was to align different requirements and workflows to ensure seamless integration of all systems."

"With the new B2B e-commerce solution, we pursued several key objectives. A central goal was to integrate with SAP in order to automate the ordering process and make it more efficient. In addition, we wanted to automatically integrate products into the system to reduce manual data entry. The status of support tickets was to be displayed directly in the online store to quickly assist customers with questions about products, invoices, and other concerns. Another focus was on expanding self-service options for our customers – features such as viewing order status or downloading invoices and documents were intended to improve customer service. Furthermore, supporting multiple languages was a key objective. In addition to German and English, other languages have already been prepared to make the solution usable internationally."

"Our customers now benefit from significantly better access to information, as prices and availability can be retrieved directly from SAP around the clock. The successful implementation of this real-time display was one of our biggest achievements with avanta. The positive reception of the online store by our customers is also a major milestone – the feedback has been consistently positive. In addition, the speed at which information is provided has improved significantly, as many inquiries previously had to be answered manually via email. Another success was the comprehensive product catalog, which now includes many technical details. Finally, we were also able to achieve an increase in sales, as the higher customer acceptance and improved user experience have led to greater use of the store.”
