What was your starting point?

"We had been using an online store with an SAP add-on module for many years. It no longer met our current needs. On top of that, support for this solution had been discontinued."

What challenges did you face when the project began?

"We started out with an established e-commerce solution (Shopware). But we quickly realized that this solution was designed for B2C business and couldn’t meet our B2B requirements quickly enough or within our existing budget. So we opted for avanta, a true B2B e-commerce platform."

What was particularly important to you regarding the upcoming project?

"The full integration of SAP processes into the online store was very important to us. It is important to our customers that they can quickly and easily find the item they're looking for in our selection of over 80,000 products and variants."
